Frequently asked questions
How do credits work?
Every billable API or tool call spends credits from one wallet. Lightweight developer utilities are free but still rate-limited.
Do Free credits roll over?
No. Free accounts receive 100 credits every month and unused Free credits reset. Paid subscription credits can roll over for up to two months, capped at 2× your monthly allowance.
What about top-up credits?
Optional top-ups stay valid for 12 months and are consumed after subscription credits. Monthly refresh never erases top-ups.
How is media duration billed?
Duration is rounded up to the next 15-second block before per-minute rates apply, so you are not charged a full extra minute for a few leftover seconds.
Is there a watermark?
No. Fat Baby never adds a watermark to customer output on any plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes on paid plans. You keep access until the end of the paid term. Payment failures get a grace period before the account moves to Free.
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Free credits reset monthly. Subscription credits can roll over up to two months (2× cap). Top-ups expire after 12 months.
